Credit packs: pay once, use for 12 months.

For pay-as-you-go and as top-ups for Pro. One-off payment, no automatic renewal. The Pro monthly allowance is used first, purchased packs are preserved.

Tip: In the Pro plan credits cost about €0.05 each (1,500/month for €79 plus VAT), the best value for money.

Money-back guarantee

No risk: unused credits are refunded.

Unused paid credits can be returned within their 12-month validity. The refund is the pro-rata purchase price of the pack, back to the original payment method. Example: Pack XXL (€1,000 for 15,000 credits), 1,500 credits used, refund €900 plus VAT. Bonus and included credits are excluded.

What is a credit, measured in companies?

One company corresponds to about 1 credit (≈ €0.10): every extracted row (results or Excel) costs 1 credit. Searching and refining costs 1 credit per page (up to 25 results). Going deeper into a company: 2 credits (profile with financial indicators) up to 10 credits (complete multi-year financial statements). The full credit catalog is openly available.

How long are credits valid?

12 months from purchase, tracked individually per pack. A reminder email is sent 30 days before expiry, no silent forfeiture. The 50 free credits from the Claude connection are valid for 90 days.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Unused paid credits are refunded within their validity: the pro-rata purchase price of the pack, back to the original payment method. An email request is enough. The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

What happens when the balance is empty?

Access remains in place; instead of results, the tools return a notice with the current balance. New credits are available immediately after payment. Failed queries generally cost nothing.

Does Pro cover multiple users?

No, Pro covers exactly one user (one key or one identity). For teams with multiple users, seats and keys there is Enterprise with a custom volume.

Does anything change for existing accounts?

No. All accounts created before the changeover keep exactly their previous terms and prices, no migration, no action needed.
